How to pay for your Skingenetix order, which currency you pay in, and what to do if a payment doesn't go through.

Payment questions
The main cards and wallets: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro and Union Pay; Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and PayPal. Depending on your country you can also use local methods: iDEAL and Wero, Bancontact, MB WAY or MobilePay. Checkout shows only the methods available where you are.
Our prices are set in euros, and where we can, we show them in your local currency. The total on the last checkout page is what you pay. If your card is in another currency, your bank may add its own exchange fee.
Payment runs through Shopify's checkout, and your card details go straight to the payment provider. Skingenetix never sees or stores your full card number.
Check the card details and billing address, or try another payment method. If you were charged but got no order confirmation email, don't pay again: write to us with the email address you used and roughly when you ordered, and we'll look it up.
