Frequently Asked Questions

Our customer support is available Monday to Friday: 8am-8:30pm.
Average answer time: 24hTwo full-size moisturisers: the Copper Peptide (GHK-Cu) 2% Day Gel-Cream (50ml) and the 2% Night Cream (50ml) - one lightweight for daytime, one rich for overnight.
Skin needs different things by day and by night. The Day Gel-Cream is lightweight and fast-absorbing so it sits under SPF and makeup; the Night Cream is richer, with Ceramide NP, shea butter and squalane to nourish the skin overnight.
Both are the last leave-on step of their routine, applied after your serums: the Day Gel-Cream in the morning followed by SPF, the Night Cream as your final evening layer.
Not necessarily - both creams already contain 2% GHK-Cu. If you want the full three-step routine, add the Copper Peptide (GHK-Cu) 2% Renewal Serum underneath, or choose the Complete Copper Peptide Day & Night Routine which includes it.
The Day Gel-Cream suits normal, combination and oily skin; the richer Night Cream works well for dry or mature skin. Together they cover both ends of the day.
Skin feels soft and hydrated from day one, with firmer, smoother-looking results building with daily use over 8-12 weeks.
